First Fall - [voice]/[action]

That experiment a few days ago was quite entertaining if I do say so myself.  So many of you made a fool of yourselves and I didn't even have to lift a finger to assist in it!  This place isn't as dull as I thought it would be. [He laughs]

If only those events could have lasted longer.  [SIGH it was so fun trolling people] What do you all do for fun around here when you aren't being turned into a pack of idiots?

[Though Naoi arrived here a few weeks ago, he's still adjusting and taking in the fact that he's alive (?) again.

But why here of all places?  It makes no sense.  Did God not want to send him back to live on Earth and possibly see Otonashi again?   In a way he almost even misses Hayato, his twin brother, even though he always stole the spot light in the family.  After he disappeared from the school he was hoping to go home and redeem his life…make it better than the first.  Actually DO something with his life instead of sitting on his ass like a failure.

Not that it matters anymore.  He was sent here, and there’s nothing he can do about it, might as well make the best of it.  So for most of the day, as he wonders off to the library or goes to the battle dome to just watch people fight from above, he'll often just....space out and stare at whatever is in front of his eyes, thinking about all of this.]

[ He holds his hands out as if inviting Naoi to come at him. Firo doesn't guess that Naoi's referring to not a physical attack, but a mental one. ]

[Alright then. Naoi digs in his jacket pockets in search of something to use while hypnotizing him. Let's see... he's got a small paper clip but that seems to be it. Oh well, it'll have to do.

So he takes a step closer to Firo and leans up to get in his face so he can't look away and his eyes suddenly turning a bloody red color, the grin on his face widening]

You will now realize how utterly amazing and wonderful paper clips are. In comparison to them you realize how completely worthless you are and shall now despair in that fact. [And now he'll show him the paper clip in the palm of his hand]

[ Firo hardly has time to react to Naoi's eyes suddenly changed color. He makes a move to try and shove him away, but then freezes as his eyes are drawn to the paperclip. ]

A paperclip...

[ His eyes widen as he takes in its majesty. ]

[ His hands fly to his head and his voice rises in despair. ]

Paperclips! They hold paper together and don't let any of it slip out! Y-you can reuse 'em too! They're so much more useful than I'll ever be! I-I'm just a failure in comparison. My Family will never need me as much as the world needs paperclips..!

[ He trembles, staring at the paperclip with wide, tortured eyes. ]

[He can't help but snicker a little. It's been a while since he's been able to do this to someone so it's enjoyable.

Grabbing Firo's jacket, he slips the paper clip on near the collar, gives it a pat then waves his hand in the air as he walks off to look at the people in different rooms]

[ Naoi, you had better watch out because Firo will not take this lying down.

Well, for now he will. Revenge will have to be delayed a while because at the moment Firo's too busy cringing from the incredibly imposing paperclip on his collar to do much. ]
